Foam System Accessories

EMACO Foam System Accessories is a coordinated group of components used to meter concentrate, control its release and discharge finished foam. The EMACO foam range includes ratio controllers for pressure systems, hydraulically operated concentrate valves, air-foam hand nozzles and adjustable eductors. Each item performs a specific hydraulic function and must be matched to the concentrate, system flow and connection standard. Select accessories from the approved foam-system schematic and the minimum and maximum operating flow, pressure and induction ratio. Install sensing, concentrate and solution piping in the specified direction and keep all metering orifices, strainers and air inlets accessible for testing. The approved submittal must state the exact model, listing or approval, material, pressure or capacity rating, connection and included accessories. Install, commission and test it to the project design, selected datasheet and applicable fire-protection standard.
