Foam Maker

EMACO Foam Maker is a fixed aspirating device that mixes air with foam solution before the finished foam reaches a tank discharge outlet. EMACO identifies the foam maker as a Type II discharge component for low-expansion foam service. Carbon-steel and stainless-steel models are available with inlet and outlet sizes suited to rim-seal and tank-pourer arrangements. Select model and orifice from the required solution flow, inlet pressure, concentrate listing and connected pourer. Install upstream of the foam pourer with unobstructed air inlets, correct orientation and piping support that does not load the body. The approved submittal must state the exact model, listing or approval, material, pressure or capacity rating, connection and included accessories. Install, commission and test it to the project design, selected datasheet and applicable fire-protection standard.
