Bladder Tank Foam Proportioner

In the completed system, EMACO Bladder Tank Foam Proportioner acts as a self-contained pressure proportioning system that uses fire-water pressure to displace foam concentrate from a flexible bladder. Install in the fire-water line with the specified ratio controller, concentrate piping, trim, drain, vent and isolation valves. Allow access for bladder inspection and filling. Water entering the tank shell compresses the bladder and forces concentrate through a matched ratio controller into the water stream. The arrangement does not require a foam pump or external power and is available in horizontal and vertical configurations. Select capacity from the required solution flow, concentration percentage and discharge duration, then match the ratio controller to the hydraulic flow range. Do not approve a substitution on a product name alone.
