Foam Monitor

Used within a fire-protection system, the EMACO Foam Monitor functions as a large-flow directional appliance used to place water or foam streams onto hazards from a controlled position. Select size, flow, nozzle and operating method from throw requirement, available pressure, hazard geometry, operator location and concentrate supply. EMACO lists fixed, portable and remote-controlled arrangements with single-wheel, double-wheel, lever or electric operation. Compatible hydro-foam nozzles include fixed, variable and self-inducing configurations for different supply and proportioning layouts. Mount on a structurally adequate base or vehicle, provide reaction restraint and stops, and coordinate upstream piping, valve and proportioner capacity. Before purchase, lock down the model, approval status, material, rating, connection details and supplied accessories. The installed assembly must follow the approved drawings, product data and governing fire-protection standard.
