Air Release Valve

The EMACO Air Release Valve performs one defined job: it serves as a high-point piping valve used to discharge accumulated air from water systems. Trapped air can interfere with filling, drainage, corrosion control and reliable hydraulic behavior. The EMACO air vent includes a manual vent mechanism operated with a screwdriver or coin and a threaded brass body. Install upright at accessible high points with isolation where permitted so inspection or replacement can be completed without draining the entire network. Select quantity and location from system high points, pipe geometry, filling method and the design or authority requirement. The order should identify the offered model, applicable approval, materials, rated pressure or capacity, connection arrangement and accessories. Field installation and acceptance testing follow the design documents and selected product data.
